Description
|
Rated Voltage
|
Frequency AC rated voltage is 0.6 / 1kV. The maximum
|
voltage of using AC system is no more than 1.2 kv
| |
Operating Temperature
|
The long-term maxmium operating temperature of cable:
conductor is 180 ºC.
|
Environment Temperature
|
Minimum environment temperature: fixed laying -60 ºC,
|
non-fixed laying -20 ºC.
| |
Laying temperature
|
Laying cable temperature should not be lower than -20 ºC.
|
Bending radius
|
The bending radius of single-core cable is not more than 20D,
|
the bending radius of multi-cores cable is not more than 15D.
| |
Storage
|
Finished cable should be stored at 0 ~ 40 ºC, humidity is
|
below 85% of the environment, and avoid direct sunlight
| |
and the rain, keep ventilation and dry environment.
| |
According to the above requirements for storage and use,
| |
the cable can be used for more than 25 years long.
| |
Installation Instruction
|
When installed, the environment temperature should not be
|
lower than -20 ºC. if the environment temperature is lower
| |
-20 ºC, the cable should be preheated before installation.
| |
To avoid the machnical damage of the internal cable,
| |
the bending radius should be controlled strictly. The bending
| |
radius of single core cable is not more than 20D, the bending
| |
radius of multi-cores cable is not more than 15D.
| |
("D "means the out diameter of cable)
